How long does it take for my SIM to arrive?
The estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours if you live in Mexico City and the Metropolitan Area. For the interior of the Mexican Republic, it is 4 to 5 days depending on the location.
How do I keep my previous number?
You have the right to port your number, you just have to send a text message to 051 with the word "NIP" and you will receive a message with a code, and within 24 to 48 business hours it will be ready.
How do I know if my device is compatible with bigcel?
You can verify the compatibility of your device through the IMEI (unique international identification number of each device), to know it dial *#06# from your mobile device. Verify the compatibility of your equipment by entering the IMEI here
Why are they asking me for the IMEI?
The IMEI helps us determine if your device is compatible with the network. You can obtain it by dialing *#06# from your phone
If my phone is locked?
If you bought your device after 2015, it is very likely that your phone is not locked, but if it is, request the unlock code from your current mobile provider, this process is free of charge. Once you have the unlock code, insert the bigcel SIM card into your device and when it asks for the code, enter it.

Are social networks unlimited?
The bigcel packages have enough MB to provide you with a quality service within the established validity period, if you run out of MB you can recharge here
What is the fair use policy?
Unlimited data associated with the Unlimited Data Plan allows the user to browse freely on any app and destination with the highest transfer speed available. However, if during the same month of service the user reaches the established GB in the browsing plan, a fair use policy will be applied that will reduce the transfer speed to 512 Kbps. This speed adjustment does not imply any restriction to access the different applications, as you have an additional 20GB or 50GB, depending on the plan contracted, to continue browsing at a limited speed of 512 Kbps.

It is a mobile internet service, called mobile WiFi (MiFi), it is a portable wireless router with a bigcel chip, which allows you to share the internet connection with up to 8 devices simultaneously.
What benefits do I get with Big Conecta?
With big Conecta you can have a private WiFi connection to connect different devices. Without cables, or installation software, with a battery to take it with you in your car, school, home or office.

How do I activate my big Hogar service?
- You must be located at the registered address to receive the service. - Connect your equipment to the power source and turn it on. - Start browsing using the WiFi network (SSID) and password, locate them on the back of your equipment. - If you made your purchase through our website, you must call our telephone customer service center to activate your service.
Can I move the equipment to another address?

Suggestions to improve your browsing experience with Big Hogar
o Place your equipment on a stable surface, away from electronic devices such as microwaves or refrigerators.
o Place your equipment in a location with good reception, free from magnetic fields, dust or moisture, without objects on top of it.
